OSMEC SERVICE was founded in 2000 as a specialized workshop in cold sheet metal forming, blanking, and deep drawing. They design and manufacture molds of both small and large sizes, including traditional, progressive with PCL or CNC, and transfer molds up to dimensions of 4500 x 1500 (mm).

OSMEC SERVICE, always attentive to technological advancements, has developed a co-design and rapid-tooling service for the production of prototype parts and the development of new products.

EQUIPMENT & MACHINE PARK

For the production of molds, OSMEC SERVICE relies on qualified and specialized personnel as well as high-tech machinery that ensures the precision of construction and the quality of the finished product. In particular, the machinery includes fixed and mobile bed milling machines, wire and plunge EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), surface grinders, CNC lathes, and presses for mold testing and prototype production.
